The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive sales growth, optimize sales processes, and
improve conversion rates. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of the
roofing and home services industry. The Sales Manager will be accountable for developing strategies to increase market share,
improve lead conversion, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
A key focus of this role will be aligning the sales strategy with profitability goals (EBITDA), customer satisfaction, and
operational efficiency while fostering a high-performance sales culture.
● Maintain and execute sales strategies that align with company revenue and growth objectives.
● Meet or exceed KPIs for the sales team, ensuring accountability for performance and results.
● Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
● Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and service offerings with customer demand.
Sales Team Development and Training
● Recruit, hire, and train high-performing sales representatives to build a strong, knowledgeable team.
● Implement ongoing training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and feedback to drive improvement.
● Foster a competitive yet collaborative sales culture, ensuring motivation and retention of top talent.
Sales Process Optimization
● Collaborate with Sales Leadership to implement standardized sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion
rates.
● Utilize CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
● Optimize lead management strategies to improve follow-up rates and close deals faster.
● Work with operations to ensure accurate job costing and profitability per sale.
Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
● Ensure a customer-first approach by emphasizing transparency, quality, and long-term relationships.
● Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction scores, addressing issues to improve overall experience.
● Work with the customer service and operation teams to ensure seamless job execution after the sale.
Financial and Performance Accountability
● Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
● Track EBITDA contributions from sales, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
● Provide weekly and monthly reports to sales leadership on sales trends, performance metrics, and pipeline forecasts.

Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in roofing, home services, or construction industries.
● Proven ability to develop and execute high-performing sales strategies.
● Experience hiring, training, and managing sales teams to meet revenue targets.
● Strong knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and sales analytics.
● Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits
● Base Salary: $75,000(DOE) + Performance-Based Bonuses
