Job Summary
The Installation Manager will lead our roofing installation teams, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires expertise in job costing, crew management, scheduling, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen and a commitment to delivering top-tier workmanship. Overnight travel as needed. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
Installation Oversight
● Hire, train, and manage installation crews, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
● Oversee job costing, material procurement, and inventory management to control costs.
● Develop and refine installation processes to improve efficiency from lead to completion.
Scheduling and Coordination
● Maintain and adjust crew schedules for optimal productivity across a regional service area.
● Adapt to weather delays, customer requests, and business demands while minimizing downtime.
● Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align on project timelines.
Team Leadership and Development
● Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to roofing crews and crew leaders.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting clear goals and accountability measures.
● Enforce safety protocols and quality standards to maintain compliance and reduce liability.
Financial and Performance Management
● Track job costs and maintain accuracy within budget targets.
● Monitor KPIs, including crew efficiency, job completion times, and material usage.
● Work with finance to analyze EBITDA performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
Customer Satisfaction and Quality Control
● Ensure timely job completion with high-quality standards to minimize call-backs.
● Resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining the company’s reputation.
● Measure and track customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
Sales Performance

Qualifications
● 3-5 years of experience in roofing, home services, or construction management.
● Proven expertise in job costing, scheduling, and crew leadership.
● Strong problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
● Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000(DOE) + Performance-Based Bonuses
