Job Summary
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand — identifying, pursuing, and closing roofing projects with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility directors. You’ll guide clients from first inspection to final
signature with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
● Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across commercial sectors
● Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking
● Conduct roof inspections and prepare detailed, solution-based proposals
● Deliver professional sales presentations and close contracts
● Coordinate with estimators and project managers to ensure accuracy and execution
● Maintain pipeline activity through CRM tools and follow-ups
● Stay informed on materials, technologies, and industry trends
● Represent River City Roofing at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Who We Are Looking For:
You don’t need commercial roofing experience — we offer in-house training. If you’ve got hustle and a background in insurance, property management, real estate, solar, residential roofing, or sales of any kind, you might be a perfect fit.
